Reverse Stitch
Finally, an easy way to reinforce your stitches! From now on, just pull down the reverse lever to sew in reverse and lock in your stitches at the end of a seam.

Techsew 550 Servo Motor
Sew at your own pace, whether you’re a beginner or professional sewer. All Techsew GA5-1R machines will be equipped with the new Techsew 550 motor. Featuring 12 different speed settings from 0 to 3450RPM, 3/4HP and 550W of power, the Techsew 550 is the perfect motor for any type of sewing projects with the Techsew GA5-1R. 

Speed Reducer
The perfect compliment to the Techsew 550 servo motor, our new  speed reduction unit gives you complete control of your stitching speed, allowing you to sew stitch by stitch and adding increased torque to the machine to sew through heavier items.

LED Stitch Light

See what you’ve been missing! Our new LED Stitch Light features 120 degree angle LED technology with 60,000 hours of service life, and magnetically fixes itself right near the needle bar to illuminate your stitches with clear, bright light.

U-Table with Reinforced Edges
Our redesigned U-Table provides plenty of workspace around the cylinder bed of the machine. Additionally, the reinforced plastic edging prevents nicks and scratches when moving the table and increases its usage life.
